Bank DKI's consistency in improving the quality of services to its customers gets appreciation as the best service in the Regional Development Bank (BPD) category from Infobank Magazine which provides an assessment of the quality of Indonesia Regional Development Banks (BPD-SI) services for the period 2019-2020. The achievement also showed an improvement in the quality of Bank DKI services compared to the previous period which was in the top 3 position of BPD-SI service quality.
Director of Bank DKI, Zainuddin Mappa said, he made customer satisfaction a top priority in providing services. Therefore, his party always conducts supervision and evaluation to ensure excellent service standards in each service office. "To ensure excellent service standards in each branch, we continue to carry out regular monitoring and evaluation," said Zainuddin.
In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, Bank DKI has also carried out various Health protocols in an effort to provide protection to customers and employees of Bank DKI such as the placement of hand sanitizers, temperature scanners at the head office and all service offices and requiring the use of masks. In addition, disinfectant spraying is also done periodically. Furthermore, as a form of concern for the community, Bank DKI has also distributed various assistance handling Covid-19, with a total to date of Rp 5 billion.

JakOne Mobile can be used either by customers who already have a Bank DKI savings account, or prospective customers who have not opened a Bank DKI savings account.
Besides JakOne Mobile, Bank DKI also has card-based e-money products namely JakCard and JakLingko. Prepaid cards issued by the DKI Bank have been widely used as e-ticketing for various modes of transportation for public services such as TransJakarta, Micro Trans, JakLingko Angkot, Jakarta MRT, LRT, to airport / Railink trains. In the near future, JakCard and JakLingko will be able to be used for payment of access to toll roads in the city.
